FixBox offers a 12 month guarantee on all our workmanship. This includes new fuse boards installed by us, any wiring we have installed and 6 months cover on smaller accessories like light switches and sockets. We do not cover for light bulbs/lamps that may become faulty unless supplied by us and the covered by the manufacturers warranty. We don't cover accidental damage once we have completed the job.
Simply pick a date and time slot for your service. The time slots are every 2 hours from 6am to 6pm.
You must give at least 6 hours notice before booking, timeslots any sooner will not be available.

You can book a service for anybody as long they are also within our postcode coverage area, you can check using the blue icon in the bottom right hand corner. Please ensure you leave us a message if this is the case, leave the job address with us and let the recipient know they will need to be at home for the appointment.
You can pay via the website, in person using cash or card or by bank transfer.
Depending on the work we have carried out, we may issue you Electrical Certificates via our Electrical Contractors Scheme - NAPIT. This will be inline with British Regulations BS7671 and satisfies requirements for insurers, landlords, the sale of a property etc.
If you need to cancel your service, please let us know as soon as possible. A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to receive a full refund. If less than 24 hours we will reimburse you the full amount minus a £12 admin fee.
We will always endeavour to be on time for your bookings, however, if we are late for any reason we will ensure the job is completed safely within your original booking. If this is not possible, we will return free of charge at your earliest convenience to complete the job.
